Juan Carlos Hidalgo

A well-known teacher and teacher trainer, Juan Carlos has a broad experience as an educator working with children, teenagers and adults, started teaching English at the early age of 14, and is currently working at Cambridge University Press as an ELT Specialist and Digital coordinator.

Over the last ten years, Juan Carlos has been training school and university teachers on different topics such as Planning and Evaluation, Communicative Language Teaching, ESA, PPP, ERCA, Engaging and motivating students, among others. He has also edited some story books for authors from the Ecuadorian Ministry of Education.

Today his main area of research is focused on blended learning and using technology in ELT.
